Ind-Ra revises rating watch on Yes Bank to ‘evolving’
Yes Bank on Thursday said that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has revised rating watch on the bank’s long-term issuer rating of ‘IND BB-‘ to rating watch evolving (RWE) from rating watch negative (RWN). The RWE indicates the possibility of the ratings being either upgraded, downgraded or affirmed.
Sebi relaxes requirements to file results, says companies can file Q4 and FY20 results by June 30. Relaxation allowed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Gold falls more than 1% as investors resume cash stockpiling
Gold prices fell more than 1 per cent on Thursday in volatile trade, as investors sought to hoard cash in unstable market conditions despite additional measures from the European Central Bank to deal with the economic fallout from the coronavirus outbreak.
ICRA’s positive outlook fails to lift PVR as stock drops 5%
ICRA said it took cognizance of the impact the closure of the screens will have on the revenues and cash accruals of the company over the near term, but believes PVR has adequate liquidity, with available cash balances and unutilised working capital lines to cope with the near-term.
Rupee plunges 73 paise to 74.96 against US dollar
